We're proud of our reputation as a "green printer" and we continually strive to become even greener. Having achieved FSC, PEFC and ISO 14001 accreditations, from the capital equipment we invest in, to the stocks and materials we use, right down to our internal, day-to-day processes, practices and procedures we continually monitor and improve our environmental impact and performance.
Our Océ CPS digital press is the only digital colour system without ozone emission; plus it uses less toner and produces less toner waste than its rivals. Our Anicolor litho press has a rationalised inking unit which significantly cuts make-ready times resulting in:-
We follow a rigorous chain of custody system, as outlined by both the Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) and Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes (PEFC). This entitles us to utilise their respective logos on our customers materials, where they require it and as these apply.
We know it's not just about what we as an organisation do to protect the environment and minimise our impact on it, but the people we work with and who provide materials and services to us. We stringently police and enforce our own processes and those of our suppliers to ensure satisfaction of the requirements of ISO 14001.
